Browser
Firefox is the recommended browser for Blackboard. If you are using a personally owned computer, click here to install Firefox. Be sure to run the browser check and resolve any issues. If you experience browser difficulties, please call the Help Desk at 609-652-4309.
Smart Phones and Tablets
The browsers available for portable devices such as smart phones and tablets are limited in functionality will not support all of the features required by Blackboard. This is especially true for assignments and tests. If you are doing anything beyond viewing course content, use a computer with the Firefox browser.

All of our online instructional services have standard maintenance windows defined. If no maintenance is scheduled, the system will be available.

If you wish to change how your first and/or middle name are displayed in Blackboard, visit https://stockton.edu/registrar/preferred-name.html to submit a name change request.
For Faculty:
Adding Course Content: Export/Import should be used instead of Course Copy. For instructions, click here.
Course Section Dates: Live, instructional course sections are created with date restrictions that correspond to the beginning of the semester and end of semester grade submission. These dates may be changed to meet the individual needs of your course. Access the desired course section, Control Panel, Customization, Properties, Course Duration, adjust dates as desired, Submit.
