Smart Phones and Tablets
The browsers available for portable devices such as smart phones and tablets are limited in functionality will not support all of the features required by Blackboard. This is especially true for assignments and tests. If you are doing anything beyond viewing course content, use a computer with the Firefox browser.
All of our online instructional services have standard maintenance windows defined. If no maintenance is scheduled, the system will be available.

Adding Course Content: Export/Import should be used instead of Course Copy. For instructions, click here.
Course Section Dates: Live, instructional course sections are created with date restrictions that correspond to the beginning of the semester and end of semester grade submission. These dates may be changed to meet the individual needs of your course. Access the desired course section, Control Panel, Customization, Properties, Course Duration, adjust dates as desired, Submit.
The Blackboard learning management system will be unavailable, Sunday, July 2, 12:30 am to 12:30 pm for an update to address a security vulnerability.
Students: All live course sections (i.e., course sections used for instruction) are created with term dates. Students will not be able to access a course before the beginning of the term or after the end of the term unless the intstuctor overrides these dates. Term dates can be found on the Academic Calendar.
